Vacation rental in Dordogne

It's the holiday season and soon in our beautiful Perigord, we see the influx of tourists everywhere in search of various activities or simply pastoral beauty and calm. It is therefore time that the deposits and other houses will put on their thirty-one to receive them in comfort.

I personally know two or three holiday homes to rent in the Dordogne. From sumptuous architecture, they are as lost in the midst of an idyllic countryside, and are intended for a noble refined customer tastes.

One of these houses or group of houses is "Truffière" situated in Les Eyzies de Tayac Sireuil [see the little pub on the right hand column on this magnificent holiday villa] and the other in the style of the XVIII century "La Maison de l'Herbe" which I describe below, also located near Les Eyzies in the Perigord Black.

The House Grass "is a set of two houses built by the old rules, by Jean-Loup Moses a specialist in ancient materials and interior decoration. It is located in a rural and forest not far from Les Eyzies de Tayac Sireuil, the country man at heart of Black Périgord.

Thanks to old materials recovered in the region, Jean-Loup Moses contractor and passion for architecture, has been able to instil an air of authenticity to his work. He wanted his two vacation homes give the impression of having been inhabited, a bet that he has definitely won.

Denise Cencig journalist, said in Le Journal du Périgord "
"... Building harmonious blend authenticity, as he plays the charm and simplicity of good quality. "And" ... a holiday home as his owners dreamed of: a human scale but with character, chiselled like a jewel. Poetic effect guaranteed. The interior celebrates above all a certain lifestyle, preferring the taste of others, while half-tones, sensitivity and modesty. "
